Cancellation Policy: We require 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 12 hours are subject to a 50% fee; cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session while being charged the full appointment fee

Credit Card on File: A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and will be used for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Professional Conduct: We provide professional therapeutic massage services only. Any sexual comments, requests, advances, inappropriate touching, exposure, or solicitation will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment being charged, and refusal of future services.

Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at management's discretion for established clients with a history of reliable attendance and mutual trust.
